USA-TKA / IKBA Mission Statement:

The United States of America Traditional Karate Association [USA-TKA] and International Koryu Budo Association [IKBA] exist to promote and practice the traditional martial arts of Okinawa and Japan as founded by their forefathers.  The association exists to encourage training in the traditional manner of the masters of the past.

The USA-TKA / IKBA focuses on the traditional Koryu arts of Okinawa and Japan without any changes. It's main function is to act as a sanctioning body by which belts are registered and verified.

The association will be open to all people who wish to align themselves or their dojo [school] with traditional studies of martial arts.
